Wes, Leslie, & little Maisie too

I’m so far behind in posts! I plan to catch you all up very soon!

A couple of pictures from her visit with family in Chicago.

Maisie and Aidan-

We made it to Illinois and have been enjoying our week in Mendon. It’s been fun teaching Maisie the Christmas story although I don’t think she understands yet . We’re looking forward to spending time next week with family in Chicago! Many more pictures to share later!

We are so excited for Christmas this year. Wes is taking his paternity leave (a whole month!) from work and Maisie gets to meet all kinds of family for the first time in Illinois!

I’m looking forward to a break from editing photos. I’ve been pretty busy doing photo shoots the past few months so it seems that all I do is edit photos when the baby is sleeping. I’m sure we’ll come home from Illinois with tons of pictures to go through, so I can start all over again!

Maisie is 24 weeks old. She loves bath time. Mainly because she gets to chew on her rubber ducky.

Eating at our favorite Mexican restaurant-

We’ve been really busy around here attending parties, doing photo shoots, editing photos, doing Christmas shopping, decorating, and baking cookies! Maisie is 23 weeks old!

Maisie is 5 months old now! Almost half a year has gone by since she took her first breath and we got to hold her in our arms. She gets sweeter all the time. Here she is this week and some pictures from Thanksgiving at the Walters house.

We think that Maisie is teething. She loves to chew on everything and is drooling like  crazy!

She is 21 weeks old.

Thanksgiving is this week and we are thankful for our healthy baby girl! She is 20 weeks old.

Today Maisie is 19 weeks old. This week she has started talking (baby talk) a ton! She also plays with her hands and cries hysterically when mommy burps. If you know me well, then you know that I have some powerful burps. I guess I have to curb them around Maisie

There aren’t pictures this week because I am using Lightroom to process my images these days instead of Photoshop and am still figuring things out.

An update on us-

Wes is going to his first pro football game tomorrow! I’m so excited for him! Seahawks of course

Leslie has had busy Saturdays doing photo shoots! Today’s is cancelled due to rain. Hopefully our rain date will be sunny! For now we are going through a stack of old movies that a friend lent us. North By Northwest is up first.

It’s mommy’s birthday! Maisie’s gift to me today is sleeping in! She is still sleeping and it’s 11:30! Daddy’s gift to me is Starbucks (and to go get a massage!).  He’s out getting the Starbucks for me now. I guess that means it’s blog time.

Maisie is 18 weeks old today! I didn’t take a single picture of her this week! woops…it’s been a busy one. I’ll go take a quick pic of the sleeping baby for you

We love fall around here but don’t get as many beautiful days as we’re used to from Illinois. Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL day and I took a few pictures of Wes and Maisie before I did a real photo shoot with some real clients  

Maisie is 17 weeks (or 4 months) old!
